Job Summary

The Regional Sales Leader – Water Treatment is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across the assigned region by leading a high-performing commercial organization within Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Flow & Water Solutions platform. The role focuses on delivering engineered, mission-critical water treatment solutions that support customer productivity, reliability, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Execute regional commercial strategy aligned with Ingersoll Rand’s growth and value-creation objectives
  • Drive profitable revenue growth across industrial and municipal water treatment applications
  • Develop and manage strategic customer relationships, including OEMs, EPCs, utilities, and key industrial accounts
  • Lead complex, solution-based sales opportunities and long-term framework agreements
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization
  • Promote value-based selling and lifecycle solution offerings across the portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Service teams
  • Ensure full compliance with Ingersoll Rand’s safety, ethics, and business conduct standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical) or equivalent
  • MBA or formal commercial leadership training is a plus
  • 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience within water treatment, industrial flow, or process industries
  • Strong understanding of engineered water and wastewater treatment technologies
  • Demonstrated success in complex, technical, and consultative selling environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English required; additional regional languages are highly valued
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
