Job Summary
The Regional Sales Leader – Water Treatment is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across the assigned region by leading a high-performing commercial organization within Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Flow & Water Solutions platform. The role focuses on delivering engineered, mission-critical water treatment solutions that support customer productivity, reliability, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional commercial strategy aligned with Ingersoll Rand’s growth and value-creation objectives
- Drive profitable revenue growth across industrial and municipal water treatment applications
- Develop and manage strategic customer relationships, including OEMs, EPCs, utilities, and key industrial accounts
- Lead complex, solution-based sales opportunities and long-term framework agreements
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization
- Promote value-based selling and lifecycle solution offerings across the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Service teams
- Ensure full compliance with Ingersoll Rand’s safety, ethics, and business conduct standards
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical) or equivalent
- MBA or formal commercial leadership training is a plus
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience within water treatment, industrial flow, or process industries
- Strong understanding of engineered water and wastewater treatment technologies
- Demonstrated success in complex, technical, and consultative selling environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required; additional regional languages are highly valued
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
