We are hiring for SAP HCM-Payroll Consultant:

Role: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Experience: 7–11 Years
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Mysore
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes.
Work on Payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and personnel calculations.
Handle Payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and statutory compliance.
Configure and support Time Management, Leave Management, and Personnel Administration.
Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
Work on payroll integration with Finance, Benefits, and Success Factors systems.
Support payroll reconciliation, testing, defect fixes, and production issues.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
Hands-on experience with Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Functions & Operations.
Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
Experience in Time Management and Leave Administration.
Understanding of statutory payroll requirements and payroll reporting.
Experience in integration with SAP FI and Success Factors is preferred.
Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

SAP HCM Payroll Certification (preferred).
Experience in global payroll implementations/support projects.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
