Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Junior Supply Chain Officer with German

Location: Lodz - hybrid

Responsibilities:

Supporting supply chain processes within the aeronautics sector, including on-time delivery of orders, Purchase Order management, Goods Receipt (GR) issue resolution, PR to PO conversion, and Standard Parts Stock Transfer (internal and external relocations between plants and final assembly lines)
Coordinating and maintaining direct communication with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
Managing day-to-day operational interactions with suppliers and clients
Ensuring achievement of business targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLA), as well as individual performance objectives
Driving efficiency and maintaining high quality standards across executed processes
Identifying process gaps and proactively proposing improvement opportunities

Requirements:

About 1 year of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Fluency in English (C1) and German (minimum B2) - essential for client communication purposes
Willingness to work directly with clients via phone and email, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
Educational background in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain would be considered an asset
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
