This Position reports to:

Functions Hub Infrastructure Manager:

Are you passionate about connecting people and ideas? Join ABB Services Krakow Hub's Internal Communications and Administration team and shape how we communicate across the organization.

The Role:

As an Internal Communications & Admin Intern, you'll support the planning, creation, and delivery of communications that matter. From crafting compelling content to coordinating company events, from managing internal channels to ensuring smooth project execution – you'll see firsthand how strategic communication shapes culture and drives results. You'll work alongside experienced communicators, contribute to real projects, and develop skills that are increasingly in-demand in today's workplace.

About the Internship:

  • Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May 2026)
  • Work in a modern office in Kraków
  • Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week)
  • We expect availability of at least 20 hours per week
  • We’d be happy to continue working together long-term if you enjoy our organization - we offer strong development opportunities!

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting in planning, promoting, and executing internal communication activities and company events
  • Supporting content creation for internal communication purposes
  • Monitoring and updating internal communication channels
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of ABB Services Hub projects (communication, events, CSR initiatives, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Student in a field related to communication, marketing, social media management, GBS or similar (active student status)
  • Very good command of English, with strong writing skills
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and innovativeness
