Master Data Team Lead

The Master Data Team Lead is responsible for supporting domain-level data quality, operational stewardship, and user support across assigned master data areas within GCC Manila.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
§ Training in data management, business operations, or shared services desirable
§ Willing to work Onsite
§ Willing to work in BGC Taguig

Experience:

§ 5 + years experience in master data operations, transactional processing, or related data management roles.
§ Experience working across one or more master data domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, or Finance.
§ Demonstrated experience supporting data quality, issue resolution, or domain-level operational ownership.
§ Experience partnering with stakeholders in a process-driven operational environment.
§ Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments desirable.

Technical / Functional Skills:

§ Good understanding of master data processes, controls, and validation requirements.
§ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough checks on request data.
§ Ability to identify data quality issues, reporting trends, and recurring process gaps.
§ Working knowledge of ERP or workflow systems used for master data processing.
§ Ability to interpret SOPs, approvals, and request requirements consistently.
§ Strong reporting, issue management, and follow-up discipline.
