Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes while continuously** driving yield** and quality improvements to achieve established KPIs
• Take ownership of and** drive timely closure of 8D reports** related to FAR, MRB, DDM, and SCAR, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead and actively participate in yield enhancement,quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives to support operational excellence
• Foster a high-performance culture by demonstrating strong** teamwork, collaboration,and a commitment** to achieving outstanding results

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science / Semiconductor Technology, or any equivalent course
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Front-Of-Line (FOL), End-Of-Line (EOL), or Plating Process Engineering, preferably within a Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, statistical data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and capable of anticipating potential issues and** challenges,**while implementing timely and effective solutions
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and** hands-on understanding** of relevant production equipment
• Proficient in structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), Fishbone Analysis, and related techniques
• Good understanding of production operations with the** ability to communicate** and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of first-level reliability, including failure modes, product applications, reliability requirements, and industry-standard testing methodologies
• Demonstrates a high-performance mindset, strong teamwork,and a commitment to achieving excellence in a collaborative work environment
