Delivery Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Ensure stable and healthy delivery during transition and operation.

Work closely with Project team to meet expectations from client and Project team.

Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensure effective and accurate reporting to client, project team, leadership team as required.

Able to resolve irregular and complex cases with expertise and insights to enhance customer satisfaction.

Work with Project team to identify Process Change Requests (PCR) and provide data analysis as needed.

Engage with employees on a monthly basis to keep the team morale and employee satisfaction.

Ensure team utilization and team productivity.

Ensure collaboration and cross support between Payroll and Benefit teams.

Ensure team to comply with IBM BCG, Data Security & Privacy, Business Control regulations. Work with team members to establish Social Contract.
