As a Package Consultant: Success Factors Core HR, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services by understanding clients' business processes and guiding them through the implementation process.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their business processes and guiding them through the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of Success Factors Core HR solutions.
• Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central functions, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Deliver Training and Support: Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of Success Factors Core HR solutions.
• Analyze Requirements: Analyze client requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs, leveraging expertise in SAP Success Factors Core HR and internal and external EC integrations.
