Oracle Cloud Portfolio Delivery/GTM Leader - Manufacturing

• As Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader

• Manufacturing you will lead the growth and delivery of our Oracle Cloud Manufacturing consulting portfolio, combining executive client advisory, business development, practice leadership, and large-scale transformation delivery. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and ensuring successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs.

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.

• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.

• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.

• Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Transformations

• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs

• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud

• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.

• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.

• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making.
