Program Manager - Oracle Cloud Transformation

As a Project Manager: Oracle Transformation, you will lead a project team in delivering Oracle Applications solutions as per the project charter or contract. You will hold overall accountability for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Project Plan and Budget: Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing both IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors.

• Lead Project Team: Provide strong leadership to the project team to ensure collaboration and effective solution delivery.

• Ensure Contractual Compliance: Oversee and manage contractual deliverables to ensure compliance with the project charter or contract.

• Apply PM Methodologies: Utilize expertise in project management methodologies to drive project success.

• Coordinate Resources: Coordinate staffing requirements, including IBM, client, and third-party vendor resources, to meet project needs.
