Your Role and Responsibilities:

The P2P Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of Procure-to-Pay services, ensuring

achievement of client expectations, operational objectives, SLA commitments, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement goals. The role

oversees people, processes, and service performance while driving a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and innovation. The manager

removes operational barriers, develops employees, and ensures alignment between team objectives and client business priorities
