Business Analyst-ADM

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to drive business solutions and excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. With a strong understanding of the SDLC, you will effectively manage stakeholders and users while facilitating requirement workshops.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement, requirement workshops, and process mapping to ensure clear understanding of business needs.

• Impact and Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough impact and gap analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and users through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Solution Guidance: Guide technical and vendor teams by providing clear business requirements and process maps to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Communication and Liaison: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to liaison between lines of business and the development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and solution delivery.
