As a Package Consultant: Service Now, this role delivers advisory and implementation services across all Service Now capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions. This involves leading implementations and collaborating with clients to maximize the value of their Service Now investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Solution Design: Designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.

Implementation Leadership: Leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.

Post-Go-Live Support: Supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Process Improvement: Helping organizations maximize the value of their Service Now investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
