Solution Architect Intern – Entry Level Sales Program 2027

The Solution Architect is responsible for working closely with customers to understand mission-critical company directives and develop technical solutions to support the business needs and technical requirements, then apply AI solutions to address the needs. This role is specifically required to use a mix of consultative skills, technical expertise, and the latest IBM AI software to guide customers in building solutions involving agentic AI.

This includes:

• Reviewing customers’ environment to ensure it meets all pre-requisites
• Helping define customers’ Agentic AI use cases
• Helping assess customers Agentic AI application requirements
• Assisting customers with designing and implementing Agentic AI applications
• Throughout the solutioning process, the Solution Architect will participate workshops to help customers understand advantages of proposed solutions and best practice approaches to Agentic AI including prompt-engineering, chatbot development, and search/information retrieval.
