Job Purpose
To serve as the strategic and analytical powerhouse of the marketing department. The primary objective of this role is not just to crunch numbers, but to transform quantitative and qualitative data into compelling brand narratives and cultural moments. By decoding audience behaviors, social sentiments, and market trends, the incumbent will engineer data-backed branding strategies, redefine identity positioning for our artists/programs, and ensure every marketing investment builds long-term fandom and emotional equity for HYBE India.
Key ResponsibilitiesI. Data-Informed Branding & Consumer Insights
- Audience Sentiment Decryption:
Design and analyze consumer surveys, focus groups, and social listening/sentiment tracking to unlock the "Why" behind consumer behavior, translating raw data into sharp cultural insights.
- Brand Positioning & Pivoting: Utilize performance data and trend forecasting to shape, test, and adapt high-level brand narratives, creative positioning, and campaign direction for HYBE India’s IPs and artists.
- Performance Optimization:
Track and analyze multi-channel campaign ROI, market share, and audience acquisition metrics to continually refine our branding playbook and maximize impact.
II. Strategic Storytelling & Executive Documentation
- High-Level Proposal Crafting:
Author highly persuasive, polished, and structured strategic business cases and brand launch proposals to secure internal and external stakeholder buy-in.
- Branding P&L and ROI Reporting:
Maintain clear executive dashboards that prove how branding initiatives and creative campaigns translate into tangible business growth and audience retention.
- Campaign Post-Mortems (Wrap-Up Reports):
Engineer exhaustive post-campaign analyses to objectively measure creative performance against KPIs, transforming failures and successes into institutional branding assets.
III. Cross-Functional Synergy & Agency Alignment
- Creative Liaison:
Act as the vital translator between raw analytics and the creative/media buying teams, ensuring that data insights spark, rather than suppress, boundary-pushing creative ideas.
- Tier-1 Global Standard:
Deliver strategic outputs, presentations, and frameworks that match or exceed the premium caliber of tier-one global brand consulting firms or top-tier advertising agencies.
Professional Qualifications
- Professional Experience:
5+ years of experience in strategic brand planning, data-driven marketing, or account planning. A proven track record in a leading creative agency, entertainment company, or global consumer brand is highly preferred.
- Analytical Intuition:
Strong proficiency in using data/analytics tools (e.g., social listening platforms, GA4, visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI) not for coding, but to extract actionable branding insights.
- Exceptional Communication:
Masterful command of professional written and spoken English, with a rare ability to weave complex quantitative realities into clear, emotional, and persuasive business stories.

High capacity to distill massive volumes of cultural and quantitative information into elegant, structured, and premium-level corporate documentation.
