Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Oversee daily HR operations:

Manage key HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations

• Foster team member engagement:

Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture

• Manage HR systems and compliance:

Oversee team member data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims

• Lead and develop the team:

Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team
