Technical Specialist

Job Summary

achelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or in similar fields – Master/PhD is a bonus (CGPA > 3.0 or similar grading is a must) • 5+ years professional experience as a Software Engineer, Sys Ops Engineer, Software Engineer, API Engineer, or similar role with proven experience in software development and operation roles in a cloud environment.

• Proven experience in following technologies is a must: microservices architecture, AWS and public cloud, REST APIs design, Pub/sub and event-drive architecture, CICD, infrastructure-as-code, AI in SDLC.
• Proven hands-on experience with one or more programming languages (Java & Spring Boot preferred), scripting language and CICD/DevOps tooling (GitLab, Terraform, EKS) using modern technologies.
• Ability to take ownership, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, resilience, and operational best practices

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

2. To support as an SME

3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated

5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology

6. To review project deliverables.

7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
