Job Summary

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps L3 Developer for Service Now to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across the Service Now platform. The role focuses on** development, automation, CI/CD, and platform stability**, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile/DevOps environments.

--- Key Responsibilities1. Service Now Development & Implementation

• Design and develop solutions on Service Now platform:

• ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem)

• Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB

• Build and customize applications using:

• Service Now scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)

• Workflows and Flow Designer

--- 2. DevOps & CI/CD Enablement

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Service Now deployments

• Automate build, testing, and release processes

• Support version control integration (Git / repository tools)

--- 3. Platform Integration & Automation

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Integrate Service Now with enterprise tools:

• Monitoring tools

• Identity platforms

• CMDB & asset systems

• Automate repetitive operational tasks

--- 4. Production Support & Stability

• Handle L3 support for:

• Incidents / problems

• Performance issues

• Integration failures

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

--- 5. Agile & Sprint Delivery

Participate in Agile ceremonies:

• Sprint planning

• Daily standups

• Sprint reviews

• Deliver stories within sprint timelines with quality

2. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
