SAP ABAP S4 Hana Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (SAP ABAP on HANA) will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP ABAP solutions on HANA platform. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient functioning and optimization of SAP systems within the organization.

Job Description:

• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience as a technical ABAP developer in SAP with at least 2 years of experience working in SAP S/4HANA system.

• Experience in developing ABAP custom objects in Object Oriented environment.
  Should have extensive experience in RAP, BADI, OData services and CDS views and AMDP.

• Should have experience in Adobe Form Services development.

• Experience in S/4 HANA Low Code No Code Key User Extensibility ABAP Development Tool

• Certified in ABAP on Hana or Back-End Developer

• ABAP Cloud.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders

• Experience working on iMRO or SAP MRO module would be a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of sap abap developers in the implementation and enhancement of sap solutions on hana platform.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Design, develop, and customize sap programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements using abap on hana.

4. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in sap development.

6. Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate sap systems with other applications and technologies.

7. Stay updated with the latest sap abap on hana advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap abap programming language on hana platform.

2. Strong experience in developing and maintaining sap solutions, including custom programs, reports, and interfaces.

3. Knowledge of sap hana database and optimization techniques for efficient data processing.

4. Ability to lead and manage technical teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful project deliveries.

5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and management.

6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues in sap systems.

7. Certification in sap abap on hana is a plus.
