Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Polarion Architect Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Polarion Architect with 10–15 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Siemens Polarion ALM . The candidate should have deep experience in customization, data migration, macro development, and Risk Management (Risk Sheets) and be capable of working in regulated and fast-paced environments.Primary Skills (Must-Have)Strong hands-on experience in Polarion ALM customization & configuration Expertise in Velocity scripting, macro development, and Live Docs Experience in Risk Management implementation (Risk Sheets) within Polarion Proven track record in Data Migration (legacy systems → Polarion)Strong understanding of ALM processes (Requirements, Test Management, Defect tracking, Traceability)Workflow design, configuration, and automation Experience in Live Reports & dashboard configuration Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)Experience with integrations (REST APIs, SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter, Jira, etc.)Knowledge of Java, scripting, or extension development Exposure to Agile / SAFe methodologies Experience in CSV (Computer System Validation)Performance optimization and troubleshooting Basic understanding of PLM ecosystems Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Polarion customization and implementation activities Develop macros, scripts, workflows, and reports as per business needs Implement and configure Risk Management solutions (Risk Sheets)Execute data migration ensuring data integrity, traceability, and validation Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ALM solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and validation processes Provide technical leadership and mentor team members Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements Domain Experience (Mandatory / Preferred)Medical Devices / Life Sciences (Primary domain)Exposure to Semiconductor (Semi) domain is an added advantage Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge (Preferred)ISO 13485, ISO 14971 (Risk Management)FDA 21 CFR Part 11CSV / Validation lifecycle (IQ, OQ, PQ)
