Program Manager - Agile

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, templates, standards, and controls.Lead governance forums including steering committees and programme boards as directed by the Programme Director.Manage integrated programme planning and dependency management.Is a “superuser” in Jira/Confluence and page / board creation (Cloud JPD version ideal)Structures, creates and maintains a central repository for all artefacts across the Programme Produce executive reporting packs, dashboards, and KPIs.Lead programme-wide RAAIDD management processes alongside the Project Manager and as directed by the Programme Director.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking Drive delivery assurance and PMO best practices.Support business readiness and organisational change activities.Skills & Experience Extensive PMO leadership experience within large transformation programmes.Retail, e Commerce, supply chain, or OMS delivery experience.Strong governance, reporting, and planning expertise.Strong stakeholder management capability.Experience with Agile (“super-user”, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Other Requirements

1.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMIACP) are preferred.
