We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in** Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL**. The ideal candidate should have excellent solution design capabilities, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work in an Agile environment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

• Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide solution recommendations

• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and governance

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:

Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Visualization)

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)

• Power Automate (Workflows & Integrations)

• Advanced knowledge of SQL

• Strong expertise in solution design and architecture

• Experience working in Agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure services / Data integration

• Experience with Power Platform governance & best practices

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Power BI)
