About the role

Job Summary

Nexthink L2 – Senior Nexthink Engineer / Analyst\\r\\n Role Summary\\r\\n The Nexthink L2 engineer supports day-to-day Digital Employee Experience (DEX) operations by analyzing Nexthink data, troubleshooting EUC issues, creating dashboards/investigations, and supporting incident/problem management. This role acts as a bridge between L1 operations and L3 specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities\\r\\n• Perform advanced monitoring and analysis of endpoint experience using Nexthink Finder, Portal, and Investigations\\r\\n• Handle Level-2 escalations related to: \\r\\no Device performance degradation\\r\\no Application crashes, slow startup, or instability\\r\\no Login, boot, and network performance issues\\r\\n• Develop and maintain: \\r\\no Dashboards and KPIs (DEX scores, device health, application experience)\\r\\no Saved searches and investigations\\r\\n• Correlate Nexthink telemetry with incidents/problems from Service Now or ITSM tools\\r\\n• Support root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring endpoint issues\\r\\n• Execute or support Nexthink Act campaigns (remediation, notifications, user surveys)\\r\\n• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to EUC, Desktop, and Infra teams\\r\\n• Support onboarding of new applications, OS builds, or device models from a DEX perspective\\r\\n• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs\\r\\n• Support patch, upgrade, and change validation using Nexthink data

Skill Requirements

Skills & Experience\\r\\n• 3–6 years of experience in EUC / Desktop / End-User Computing\\r\\n• Hands-on expertise with: \\r\\no Nexthink Finder, Portal, Investigations\\r\\no Windows 10/11, including performance and stability troubleshooting\\r\\n• Strong knowledge of: \\r\\no Application experience monitoring\\r\\no OS performance metrics\\r\\no Endpoint security and agents\\r\\n• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)\\r\\n• Basic scripting familiarity (PowerShell preferred)\\r\\n• Good stakeholder communication and analytical skills\\r\\n
