Senior Support Engineer

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• PO placement for OSAT and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting

• PO placement for hardware and collateral, and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting

• Payment facilitation.

• Shipment reconciliation with suppliers and logistics management.

• Assets monitoring and management

• Data reconciliation and analysis for production

• Transaction reconciliation

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or manufacturing

• Strong understanding of production or supplier management

• Experience in managing multi-function tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Google workspace and project management software

Fluent in Chinese and located in Taiwan:

Key Responsibilities

1. To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients.

2. To undertake training programs for new joinees

3. To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements

4. To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.

5. To update self on latest technologies and related areas
