Job Summary

Ansible L3/L2:

• Deep understanding in Ansible Automations like infrastructure management, application deployment, server security, CI/CD, service orchestration and cloud provisioning.

• Hands-on experience in using Ansible (Including Ansible Tower), Terraform on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.

• Technical assistance to team on Ansible/Ansible Tower implementation, configuration, playbook/module development and Support.

• Having good hands-on experience in Analyze requirements, solutions, estimates to complete installations, implementations, customization of DevOps practices using Ansible

• Good scripting experience of any language like PowerShell , Shell , Python etc.

• Administer Ansible infrastructure, perform maintenance and configuration and provide SME level support.

• Advanced knowledge of Unix/Windows OS

• Experience Implementing DevOps Pipelines for CaC and IaC with any Automation tools like

• Hands-on experience on AWX or Ansible Tower

• Experience with ansible for test automation

• Extensive experience writing ansible roles

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents By Leveraging Jenkins And Powershell To Automate Workflows And Streamline Processes In Accordance With Sla Requirements.

2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators In Best Practices For Using Ansible And Python, While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation For Knowledge Sharing.

3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance By Utilizing Powershell Scripts For Automation, And Actively Participate In Capacity Planning Discussions To Optimize Resource Allocation.

4. Foster Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction By Engaging In Customer Meetings, Utilizing Effective Communication Skills To Understand And Address Issues Using Automation Tools.

5. Validate And Present Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis Using Python And Powershell, Facilitating Performance Improvement Discussions With Key Business Stakeholders.

1. Proficiency In Jenkins And Powershell With Strong Understanding Of Automation Concepts.

2. Solid Experience With Ansible And Python For Scripting And Automation Tasks.

3. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Conduct Performance Analyses.

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Jenkins Engineer (Cje), Microsoft Certified: Powershell Fundamentals, Red Hat Certified Specialist In Ansible Automation
