About the job
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will serves as the critical Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) domain translator for our partner tooling and technology team, ensuring that various EHS tools are built with practitioner logic in mind. By spanning all tooling, you will provide a unified data story, transforming raw analytics into actionable intelligence that the EHS organization can use to drive continuous improvement. You will also act as a primary customer of EHS assurance data, converting it into business drivers to enable leaders to make strategic decisions based on trends and risks. You will be the bridge between technical product teams and EHS practitioners within the CSRM team. Your mission is to move beyond providing actionable insights that drive safety improvements across Google's infrastructure. You are a domain expert who ensures our digital tools are built to meet the actual needs of the Field. You will lead ambiguous, cross-functional challenges to provide a unified data story, ensuring our Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS) stays relevant, applicable, and useful for current and future customers.
