The role provides day‑to‑day leadership to associates, manages workflows, enhances processes, and supports business growth and client satisfaction.

About the Role:
- Manages end‑to‑end Portfolio Administration services across multiple client accounts, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and align with client service agreements.
- Leads, coaches, and develops team members while overseeing daily operations, onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams, delivering superior service and identifying opportunities for account growth and efficiency enhancements.
- Oversees monthly billing, rent and financial reporting, and ensures timely, accurate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drives operational excellence by updating process playbooks, supporting account transitions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Transaction Management, FM, and Legal.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), or Real Estate–related disciplines strongly valued; candidates with MBA or PGDM (Finance/Operations) will have an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in Portfolio Administration, Lease Administration, Property Management, Shared Services, or Real Estate Operations, preferably within multinational or large enterprise environments.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, reporting); familiarity with lease analytics or real estate ERP tools is highly desirable.
- Strong people management skills with proven ability to lead teams, coach associates, manage performance, and drive process improvements in a high‑volume, SLA‑driven environment.
- Excellent communication, client‑handling, and stakeholder management abilities, with strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, global service delivery model.
