Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Ads (English, Mandarin)

Provide technical consulting services and guidance around Google Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and tech platforms to help clients develop applications across ads products.

Work with customers to understand underlying business tests. Manage relationships with the Business team and customers, leverage these relationships to identify and develop technical solutions that lead to more advertising business.

Work across Business, Support and Product teams to provide solutions to real-world tests.

Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proof-of-concepts to audiences from engineers to marketing professionals.

Leverage Google’s tech platforms and big data analytics systems to achieve the goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
-
Experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
-
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
-
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
