With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

• Manage a team of software engineers and create an inclusive and safe environment that enables them to thrive.

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

• Provide a clear vision and strategy for the team.

• Support career development of team members, and be a good coach.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
