Our Wealth Solutions Specialists work hand-in-hand with Private Wealth Advisor teams as well as colleagues across the firm to provide best in class pricing, execution, and content generation across the full suite of public market asset classes. Cross Markets Team Asia is seeking an experienced individual to work in a market facing role, who have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, platform building and client service are essential to maintaining and enhancing our business.

OUR IMPACT

Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services.

CROSS MARKETS TEAM ASIA (CMT) offers full suite solution from providing market insights, tactical investment ideas to customizing hedging strategies across multi-asset cash and derivative markets (including equities, credit, rates, currencies and commodities). Other than advisory services, CMT Team also provides pricing and transaction execution for all asset classes.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Provide exceptional client coverage for sales teams in the form of pricing, structuring, and execution
• Trade over-the-counter derivative structures for ultra-high net worth and family office clients
• Generate opportunistic and long-term cross asset investment ideas
• Write market commentary and/or consolidate GS research views for both internal and external distribution
• Work with various internal research and strategy desks to gather the best ideas/views across the Firm
• Execute cross capital structure trades through either desk trading systems or via other desks across the Firm

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience working with publicly traded equities or fixed income, derivatives background preferred
• Desire to work hard and develop capital markets acumen in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and work with numerous colleagues and desks across the Firm
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
