Tech Project Manager-MX-Monterrey at Globant

We are currently looking for a Tech Project Manager to join a global engineering initiative supporting distributed teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Agile delivery excellence, team coaching, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in enterprise software environments.

You will get the chance to:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinements, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Drive alignment across globally distributed engineering teams
• Monitor sprint health, team velocity, burndown, and delivery predictability
• Identify and remove blockers proactively while escalating risks when needed
• Ensure SDLC compliance, audit readiness, and Jira hygiene standards
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, estimation techniques, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Product, Architecture, Security, and PMO stakeholders
• Support PI Planning, dependency tracking, and cross-team coordination
• Leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot to optimize Agile delivery and reporting processes

What will help you succeed:

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams
• Strong expertise in Scrum methodologies and practical knowledge of SAFe environments
• Advanced experience with Jira dashboards, workflows, reporting, and governance processes
• Experience working in complex, multi-team enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, quality gates, compliance, and audit-readiness practices
• Proven ability to improve team performance, delivery flow, and Agile maturity
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across global teams and multiple time zones
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity or engineering tools is highly value.
• (Optional) Certifications on any of the above.
• (Optional) Experience working with distributed teams (LATAM, Europe, US, Asia, etc).
• (Optional) Experience in CI/CD, automation practices, or compliance-driven environments (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).
