Position Overview As the leader for Yoplait UK&I Finance and a member of the Yoplait UK Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the delivery of short and long-term business performance, compliance with all governance matters, advancing finance and business processes and as well as developing a high-performing finance team. This role calls for an individual with a high degree of business partnership, breadth of knowledge and experience across various disciplines of Finance and a demonstrated ability to build high performing teams. An entrepreneurial spirit and learning mindset will be critical to succeed in a ‘start-up like’ and highly autonomous environment. Key Responsibilities Full Accountability for UK&I Commercial Finance, Accounting & Controls, Tax and Cash Management: Month end-close and financial forecast with timely delivery of reporting and insights Lead annual & long-range planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners Working capital management (Payables, Receivables, Inventory, etc) External reporting & compliance (ie. Statutory Filings, VAT, Payment Terms, etc) Sponsor and maintain an environment of strong internal controls Lead optimization and integration of financial systems and processes with Sodiaal Partner with senior stakeholders to set business strategy and drive financial performance, challenging assumptions and decision making as appropriate Build/Lead and develop a high performing Finance team (~7-10 FTE in Total) Position Criteria Post Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or fully certified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Strong performance history Experience leading, coaching and developing team(s) Ability to partner & influence cross-functionally at a Sr. Management level to deliver results Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who is proactive, has a learning mindset and is results orientated Working knowledge of Yoplait financial systems (SAP, BFC, BW, Futur Master, Logistar, etc) Dairy Category Business Knowledge and/or Expertise desirable COMPANY OVERVIEW
