Senior SAP Analyst, Identity

This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting processes and services related to the management of identities in SAP systems. The priority for this role is to support and continuously improve General Mills’ (GMI) access security in the SAP and GRC environments. This position will also partner with internal and external teams to consult on integrations of systems, developing new process improvements solutions, and drive implementations. In addition, this role is a key liaison for performing compliance activities in conjunction with internal and external audits. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES SAP Program Delivery (45%) Partner with Manager, Identity to support the ongoing requirements of the Identity program and to identify opportunities for further improvement Improve operational efficiencies across all identity environments using continuous improvement methodologies Leverage expertise in SAP security concepts and architecture as it relates to accounts, roles, privileged access, and authentication to support delivery of short and long-term identity objectives Develop proficiency in related technologies (Sail Point, Integrations with SAP, GRC, and other systems/tools) to implement and support the GMI Identity program Perform compliance activities for SOX testing, internal audits, and external audits Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results On call/Support (35% Provide second/third-level support for SAP identity management, balancing customer service with the need to maintain a high-level of security and control Daily evaluation of operational duties including use of automation to streamline activities and creation of new operating procedures Resolve day-to-day issues to ensure that identity solutions are meeting end-user requirements and expectations Streamline daily monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness of operational duties Projects/Consultation (20%) Support projects that impact all facets of identity and access management Partner with other Security and Digital &Technology teams to drive cross-functional projects Continuously develop knowledge of evolving identity best practices through self-development and other educational opportunities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 4+ yrs related experience Functional expertise in SAP security environments and audit controls Experience in SAP entitlement, role modification and design Knowledge of multiple SAP products like SAP ECC, S4, GRC, BI, APO, CRM, Central Finance, PI, Gateway, and other related platforms Perform security investigations to determine core issues, provide corrective action, and implement preventive controls to avoid similar issues going forward Contribute to design, architecture, and implementation for current and future environments (i.e. Privileged Access, IT Compliance, Cloud Identity, Identity Analytics) Strong working knowledge of configuring, and troubleshooting SAP roles, SAP business processes, and general networking skills Strong security and risk management mindset Excellent interpersonal, consultative, influencing, communication, and negotiation skills and a desire to understand GMI’s business Strategic thinker who can balance short and long-term deliverables Possess strong analytical, design, and documentation skills Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mgt Information Systems SAP Security Certifications 5+ yrs experience COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
