Role Summary:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will be a customer-facing technical expert embedded with key clients to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing support of our applications. This hands-on role combines software engineering, deployment expertise, and client collaboration to tailor solutions that drive real impact in the legal industry. You will work directly with law firms to deploy, configure, and optimize our systems, bridging the gap between product capabilities and client needs. This position requires extensive travel (up to 75% or more), including frequent onsite visits to client locations across the country.
