ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Eleven Labs, we believe AI will fundamentally change how companies grow and win customers. As an AI Automations Engineer, you'll be at the heart of that transformation—designing and building the next generation of tooling for go-to-market (GTM), Operations, and Finance teams.

This is a highly cross-functional, technical role where you’ll use your full-stack engineering skills to build systems that supercharge Eleven Labs. You’ll embed within a specific team, and work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product leaders to understand pain points, decompose ambiguous problems, and ship elegant, pragmatic solutions at speed.

As an AI Automations Engineer, you can expect to:

• Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support our revenue teams.

• Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.

• Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code.

• Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize Eleven Labs operations, and drive their development and implementation.

• Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the Eleven Labs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.

• Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.

LOCATION

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.
