Senior Manager – Delivery Excellence (Consulting)
Position Summary
As a Senior Manager in the Delivery Excellence (DEX) function within EY GDS Business Consulting/ Risk Consulting you will support the implementation of quality and delivery governance across consulting engagements. You will work closely with delivery leaders to ensure engagements meet EY’s standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role focuses on developing and driving consistent delivery practices, supporting delivery reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for driving exceptional service delivery and strategic initiatives in partnership with functional leadership.

Oversee delivery performance and governance, ensuring alignment with the service line’s delivery framework.

Develop delivery excellence frameworks that include key milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Assist in conducting delivery reviews across engagements and support mitigation planning.

Promote standardized delivery methodologies and support scalability of service delivery models.
-
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to refining delivery processes.

Liaise with regional consulting leaders and support escalation management.

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

15+ years of experience in professional services delivery or consulting.
-
Exposure to delivery governance, client engagement, and risk management.
-
Hands on experience to MS Excels (formula, VBA, charts), Power BI (Data visualization), MS-Power point, MS Visio
-
Familiarity with CMMI, ISO, and other quality frameworks.
