Exxon Mobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

Exxon Mobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other Exxon Mobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

This role is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Docu Sign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. It ensures system stability, supports business users, and drives continuous improvement in contract-related processes.

Location: Bengaluru, India

What you will do

• Provide daily operational support for the Docu Sign CLM platform, including user access management, configuration, and issue resolution.

• Maintain and optimize CLM workflows, templates, and document generation logic.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration updates.

• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure platform reliability.

Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to manage integrations (e.g., SAP Ariba, O365, SSO, SAP CI) and ensure.

• hensive documentation, including configuration guides, workflow diagrams, and support runbooks.

• Participate in blueprint packaging and deployment.

• Support testing and validation during system upgrades and enhancements.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Docu Sign CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.

• Strong knowledge of CLM workflows, templates, and document generation processes.

• Experience in system administration, user management, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data flows.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Docu Sign CLM Consultant Certification.

• Experience with Docu Sign CLM API integrations and Docu Sign AI.

• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and clause library configurations.

• Exposure to SAP CI or other middleware platforms.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.

• At least 2 years’ experience in CLM Docusign troubleshooting and implementation

• Configuring and troubleshooting Docu Sign workflows
