About the position – L&D Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development specialist at our factory in Elst. You will play a vital role in enhancing and growth of our workforce, both blue- and white collar. You will do this by analyzing training needs and doing gap analyses on current status of training and development of our employees. And you will design and implement effective training programs and evaluate their impact on overall employee development.
What are you going to do?
- Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements among employees at all levels.
- Develop comprehensive training programs, incorporating various learning methodologies such as classroom training, on-the-job training, e-learning, and workshops. Coordinate continuous improvement of the existing trainings. This will require a creative mind and a strong ability to simplify.
- Effectively plan and facilitate training and deliver training programs, by showing your communication and presentation skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives by obtaining feedback from trainees and tracking key performance indicators.
- Create instructional materials, modules, and multimedia aids to support training programs and enhance learning outcomes .You will also coach others in creating training material, so we are looking for someone with strong coaching skills.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders, both locally and globally, to align on training needs and -approach. Cooperate with external stakeholders to organize training programs.
- Manage the training budget for the factory in Elst.
- Coach the organization on L&D topics and give advice to managers, operational team leaders and HR with regards to development- and onboarding plans for employees.
- Maintain the Learning Management System to make sure the content is up to date and monitor expiration periods for certification.
- Coordinate a team of shopfloor trainers, who have a dotted line to you, in execution of general training strategy
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work-experience within learning and development
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HRM, Learning & Development or Educational science
- Experience with developing training material for various learning methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with building learning organizations and driving change
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
- Strong strategic skills and ability to plan and shape projects
