About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a L1.5 Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do:

• Willing to work in the shifts in 247 Model
• Resolving the customer and user technical issues
• Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error
• Maintaining the 100% SLA targets
• SLA report preparation
• Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues

The skills you bring:

• 4-5 years exp in Telecom operations
• Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX
• 2-3 years exp in BSCS billing system
• Good knowledge in HPUIM ( HP Mediation)
• Mandatory to have good understanding of Telecom domain.
• Good troubleshooting skills at all levels from application to network to host.
• Should be able to understand Procedures in PL-SQL.
• Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.) is preferred.
• Operational support background in telecom.
