The **Tax Analyst Jr.**is responsible for supporting the company’s tax compliance processes under both US GAAP and Mexican GAAP. This role contributes to the timely preparation and submission of federal and local tax returns, assists in tax accounting and reconciliations, and provides support during tax, social security, and local authority audits. The analyst will also assist with compliance related to REPSE, CONDUSEF, and CNBV obligations, according to the assigned entities. Additionally, the role prepares VAT refund requests and helps ensure that all tax processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and applicable regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow in tax and compliance processes within a dynamic and regulated environment.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:-
Support tax compliance for US GAAP purposes and MX GAAP purposes

• Prepare federal and local tax returns submission on time

• Attend tax, social security, and local audits

• Support accurate tax accounting and reconciliation

• Support compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to assigned entities)

• Prepared VAT refund requests

• Intermediate English Level

For This Role, You Will Need:- Minimum 1 year of experience in international companies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of USGAAP and MEXGAAP tax calculation/provision
• Experience in tax and finance audit participation
• Familiarity with VAT returns and requirements attendance
