We are seeking a proficient and technically adept Automation Developer to join our high-performance CSS LAM Proposals team. The role involves end-to-end design, development, and deployment of automation frameworks and solutions to optimize enterprise-level business processes and drive operational excellence. The candidate will collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to perform process assessments, identify automation candidates, and implement intelligent automation workflows leveraging AI capabilities. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and automation tooling is essential. A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous technological improvement are critical for success in this role.

In this role, your responsibilities will be

• Researching, analyzing, designing, developing and deliver end-to-end solutions, staying up to date on latest AI technologies.

• Designing and implementing full technology stacks for AI-based or AI-powered software applications.

• Integrating AI technologies into proposal production and data analysis.

• Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation.

• Participating in all development activities and collaborating closely with stakeholders and global team to ensure technical solutions align with business goals

• Maintaining and updating technical documentation to ensure that others can easily understand and extend software applications

• Participates in the execution of medium complex internal tasks and duties based on Share Point.

• Participates and observes interactions and troubleshooting with proposals’ team members.

• Collect requirements with business users.

• Power Apps applications development

• Power Automate flows development

• Basic Power BI reports development

• Work with RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop)

For this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mecatronic/robotics engineering, or equivalent experience level in related field.

• Proficient english level B2.

• 2-4 years’ experience in:

Microsoft Share Point Online:

• Microsoft Power Platform

• Microsoft Copilot

• RPA Tools (Robocorp, Power Automate Desktop)
