Your Impact
You will be a pivotal force in shaping Cisco's technological landscape, driving innovation to deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences. Collaborating across multi-functional teams, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable and robust technical solutions across diverse platforms, including Salesforce and advanced backend systems. Your expertise, often integrating cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, will streamline critical business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new data-driven insights, directly contributing to Cisco's strategic goals and global impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Core Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. English language fluency.

• 4+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications.

Technical Expertise :

• Build intuitive, scalable AI-driven applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and responsive UI/UX design.

• Back-End development expertise in server-side languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, , API development (REST/GraphQL), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architecture.

• Exposure to developing AI-based applications and experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar.

• Proficiency in integrating third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), working with event-driven architectures, and collaborating effectively within Agile teams using strong analytical, problem-solving,

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on cross-functional projects. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers is highly valued.

• Passion for ongoing professional development through certifications, experimentation, or community engagement. I nterest in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms. Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies..

• Professional certifications in UX/UI development, AI, and/or Python/Java are preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, propose enhancements, and leverage analytics or AI to improve system efficiency and data reliability.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills to work effectively across technical and business teams, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
