Overview:

Edward Jones is seeking a Project Leader to support initiatives within the Practice Management Portfolio, focused on delivering innovative solutions that enhance practice management capabilities and drive business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the execution of medium to largescale projects or workstreams with clearly defined scope
- Coordinate across business, digital, and functional stakeholders to drive alignment and progress
- Support delivery using Agile and hybrid approaches, including quarterly planning, standups, dependency management, retrospectives and status reporting
- Identify, document, and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate
- Track, report and drive progress against scope, schedule, and delivery milestones
- Facilitate project startup, requirements clarification, and ongoing delivery activities
- Contribute to consistent governance, transparency, and outcome focused execution
- Projects within the Practice Management Portfolio support:
- Practice centric innovations and targeted offerings
- Enhancements to digital and practice experiences and enablement
- Cross firm initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams and capabilities
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
What Experience You’ll Need:

3+ years experience supporting or leading medium-to-large-scale projects

Comfort working in matrixed, cross functional environments

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with Agile/SAFe practices and enterprise delivery tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira)
What Could Set You Apart:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certifications
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
