This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 13-Oct-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.

The Senior Manager, AI Product Manager leads a team responsible for a portfolio of AI products and reusable AI capabilities, including AI models, agents, retrieval systems, knowledge assets, platform capabilities, and emerging AI technologies. This role combines strategic AI product leadership with accountability for team performance, talent development, and delivery of business outcomes.

The Senior Manager treats AI as the product, owning strategy, discovery, prioritization, adoption, lifecycle management, and measurable outcomes for reusable AI capabilities that support multiple business areas, products, customer experiences, and enterprise workflows. The role ensures AI capabilities are designed as scalable, reusable products rather than one-time solutions.

Operating with significant autonomy, the Senior Manager translates enterprise priorities and customer needs into product roadmaps, investment decisions, and measurable value. The role balances hands-on product leadership with responsibility for coaching and developing AI Product Managers while establishing clear priorities, accountability, and effective ways of working.

The Senior Manager partners across EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Architecture, Experience, Risk, and business functions to align AI capabilities, influence enterprise AI direction, and ensure AI products remain reliable, governed, and aligned with responsible AI practices.

What You'll Do

  • Define product strategies, priorities, roadmaps, investments, and success measures while balancing customer value, business outcomes, cost, risk, feasibility, and time to value.
  • Translate business priorities, customer needs, market insights, and technical inputs into scalable product strategies, requirements, and prioritized work.
  • Lead continuous discovery using customer research, prototypes, experiments, evaluations, proofs of concept, and pilots to guide product decisions.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, technical findings, and business metrics to drive prioritization, investment, scaling, optimization, and retirement decisions.
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through adoption, operation, modernization, and retirement.
  • Apply systems and platform thinking to ensure AI products have clear customers, ownership, controls, dependencies, use cases, and operating expectations.
  • Establish portfolio metrics and observability practices to measure customer value, adoption, reliability, scalability, cost, and risk.
  • Align product, engineering, data, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and business leaders around shared outcomes while resolving priorities and dependencies.
  • Apply AI product expertise and technical fluency to evaluate alternatives, make timely decisions, and manage tradeoffs across value, feasibility, cost, risk, and scalability.
  • Embed responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, regulatory, accessibility, records, and model-risk requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Establish team priorities, decision rights, performance expectations, and accountability; coordinate staffing, capacity planning, and delivery sequencing.
  • Select, onboard, coach, develop, and retain AI Product Management talent through feedback, performance management, and career development.
  • Promote Product Management standards, governance, best practices, and customer-centered ways of working while strengthening organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
