  • Collaborate with the FA and branch team to ensure alignment and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

  • Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, and asset allocation; recommend adjustments that optimize client outcomes.

  • Gathering information and collecting suitability information to deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals.

  • Meeting clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust their strategy to ensure their needs are met.

  • Apply firm systems and resources to deliver Goal-Based Advice in a tailored, forward-thinking approach.

Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
