The Engagement Management Strategist leads the development and execution of enterprise AI engagement strategies that accelerate realization of business outcomes from AI, analytics, data, and emerging technology investments.

Using data-driven insights, this role identifies value realization opportunities, shapes engagement strategies, and delivers targeted communications, learning experiences, campaigns, and just-in-time enablement assets that drive measurable behavior change across the Home Office and Field in partnership with the firm's Enterprise Change, Communications, & Learning organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports development of enterprise engagement strategies that increase awareness, proficiency, utilization, and value realization of AI, analytics, data, and emerging technology capabilities.
  • Uses behavioral, operational, and adoption analytics to identify barriers, opportunities, and priority audiences requiring targeted engagement and enablement.
  • Shapes and executes enterprise engagement campaigns aligned to strategic business priorities, supporting sustained behavior change and measurable business outcomes in partnership with the firm's Change & Learning organizations.
  • Develops just-in-time enablement assets, learning materials, executive communications, job aids, quick-reference guides, digital content, and targeted communications tailored to audience needs.
  • Produces and oversees creation of multimedia content including videos, demonstrations, tutorials, storytelling assets, and digital learning experiences that improve adoption and understanding.
  • Supports the design and execution of firmwide engagement initiatives, learning challenges, adoption campaigns, recognition programs, and awareness activities that encourage experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Partners with business owners, product teams, communications, analytics, change management, learning, risk, and technology stakeholders to align engagement strategies with enterprise priorities.
  • Works through existing Home Office Change & Learning and Field Change & Learning organizations, ensuring consistency with established change management, communication, and learning frameworks.
  • Creates adoption scorecards to monitor engagement, utilization, learning effectiveness, behavioral outcomes, and business impact.
  • Provides actionable recommendations to regarding adoption trends, audience needs, engagement effectiveness, and opportunities to improve business outcomes.
  • Identifies and shares best practices across business areas to accelerate adoption and scale successful engagement approaches.
  • Drives continuous improvement of engagement methodologies, learning experiences, content strategies, and adoption measurement practices based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Supports business owners in achieving sustained adoption and measurable value realization from technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

This position is known internally as Digital Content and Campaign Lead

  • 6-10 years of professional experience leading enterprise enablement initiatives supporting technology-driven transformation.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience creating communications, training, and enablement materials for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
