  • Lead discovery efforts to identify customer problems, reusable patterns, and high-value AI opportunities.
  • Validate product hypotheses through research, prototypes, experiments, and pilots.
  • Define AI product experiences, including behaviors, data needs, integrations, controls, monitoring, and human oversight.
  • Partner across Engineering, Data, AI Science, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Experience, and Business teams to evaluate options and make informed decisions.
  • Promote reuse and interoperability across AI products, models, agents, workflows, platforms, and governance capabilities.
  • Identify and mitigate AI risks, including bias, unreliable outputs, data leakage, security threats, and model drift.
  • Define and monitor metrics for customer value, business outcomes, adoption, quality, reliability, scalability, cost, and risk.
  • Embed responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, regulatory, accessibility, and model-risk requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Communicate product outcomes, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs to senior leaders and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on AI decisions.
