The Desktop Consulting Team, part of Field Consulting, helps drive adoption of the Practice Desktop by delivering training, facilitation, and day-to-day support to branch teams and home office associates. We work closely with the Practice Desktop Team to turn tool strategy into practical, easy-to-use solutions for the field.
In this role, you will build knowledge of branch tools, processes, and the client experience. You’ll support training delivery, help organize team work, and ensure requests, reporting, and follow-up activities are well managed.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in using technology and AI tools to improve how our branch teams work.
This role includes approximately 5% travel.
In this role, you will:
- Support and facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Practice Desktop tools, including Salesforce
- Partner with consultants to support branch teams through follow-up, coordination, and guided activities
- Track and manage requests coming into the team, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
- Assist with reporting, metrics, and tracking adoption to help measure impact and identify opportunities
- Stay organized across multiple priorities, helping manage schedules, communications, and deliverables
- Build foundational knowledge of branch tools and processes to support effective execution
- Partner with the Practice Desktop Team to share feedback from the field and support continuous improvement
- Contribute to team projects and develop expertise in specific areas over time
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of industry experience
- SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- Approximately 5% travel required
- Strong experience with Salesforce, My Practice Diagnostics, Copilot and other business tools preferred
- Proven facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and via Zoom/virtual platforms
- Ability to engage and influence large and diverse audiences, including senior leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to consult Financial Advisors and branch teams on complex topics
- Strong understanding of the firm’s business model, philosophies, and value
