- The Operational Relationship Manager (ORM) owns and manages end-to-end operational relationships with external carriers. This role ensures seamless delivery of products and services by coordinating across Operations, Service, Product, Digital, Compliance, and external partners. The ORM is responsible for driving issue resolution, communication alignment, onboarding execution, and continuous improvement while maintaining a consistent and high-quality experience for clients and branches.
- Own and manage carrier relationships, serving as the primary operational point of contact and influencing alignment with firm priorities.
- Lead communication and coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Manage escalations by triaging complex issues, determining root cause, and driving resolution across systems, processes, and partners.
- Support carrier onboarding and testing by ensuring operational readiness and alignment between business and technology teams.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and optimize operations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and governance by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and innovation across technology, product integration, and service delivery.

However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.

What Experience You Will Need:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Data Reporting and Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services – Insurance Product knowledge preferred
