Where you come in:

• You design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.

• You build applications using declarative tools and programmatic development, including Apex, Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components.

• You manage integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and middleware technologies.

• You evaluate AppExchange solutions and provide strategic recommendations on build vs. buy decisions.

• You stay current with Salesforce’s triannual releases and proactively apply new features to enhance platform capabilities.

• You contribute to Agile delivery cycles, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• You follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

• You support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

• You participate in code reviews and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

What makes you successful:

• You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.

• You hold a Platform Developer I or Administrator certification; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.

• You bring solid experience working with enterprise application architectures and integration technologies.

• Your proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder enables you to build robust and scalable solutions.

• You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Your understanding of Salesforce data models and security principles ensures reliable and secure implementations.

• Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange products; Agile/Scrum methodology; advanced certifications.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
